We are a 136 bed Skilled Nursing Facility with private short term rehab suites. They include a private restroom, refrigerator, patio/courtyard view as well as cable, phone and WiFi. Semi-private and private long term rooms available. We have a 36 bed secured unit for individuals with dementia. We offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy, three nutritional meals a day and array of personalized activities.
