We strive to make every moment count for our patients at NHC Maury Regional Transitional Care Center because we believe in celebrating life at all stages. While partnering with Maury Regional Medical Center, our patients come to us for a variety of reasons. Many are short-term, having left a hospital needing skilled nursing and/or rehabilitative care to get them back home.
The NHC Maury Regional Transitional Care Center’s private and spacious campus is home to a post-acute 24-hour skilled nursing Health Care Center. Our campus has a beauty and barber shop, transportation services and recreational amenities like exercise groups and craft classes.
Our Health Center provides 24-hour licensed nursing coverage for short-term and long-term patients. Comprehensive rehabilitative services are available six to seven days a week including physical, occupational, speech, respiratory, orthopedic and outpatient therapies. Physicians services are provided by our Medical Director, physicians, and nurse practitioners. Patients are given daily assistance with personal living activities.

Patient“The nurses are first class and all had good personalities. All nurses did an awesome job taking care of me. The PT and OT staff is outstanding. Techs worked very hard keeping me comfortable. ”
Patient“Your therapy dept, OCP, & PT were wonderful. They encouraged me when I wanted to give up. (Which was often) they did it in such a professional manner that I kept going. If it weren't for them I would have quit. I now am so much better and my RN, who stayed by my side when my blood sugar dropped and the rest of the staff they were great.”
