Wedells Home is a unique home for the aging population. The home has been converted to be handicapped accessible, security system installed throughout home, secure entrance and exit, nice front porch, and deck. We provide 3 meals per day, snacks, laundry, housekeeping, life enrichment activities, medication therapy monitoring, transportation, social and cognitive skills, fall prevention program, religious services and more. We provide all of the amenities a large facility offers just scaled down a notch. Wedells Home also have a "Wee Salon" on premises, a book nook, and a reading area, Wi-Fi, and TV's in all the bedrooms, semi and private living areas, private and shared baths, plenty of walking and seating areas to relax and socialize, Some people may find a smaller scaled down community easier to navigate than a larger facility. We are your one stop shop at home for seniors. When you come to visit you come to stay. Where memories and love are made. Where families gather and strangers find a home. What makes us so special is one can sit on the front porch or under the shade tree and hear the whooperwills holler, birds chirping, squirrels scampering, and may even see a deer or two. We are a small home. If you are looking for grand chandeliers, elaborate furnishings, and large entrances than Wedells Home is not for you.
