The Oaks of Brevard is a 120 bed facility located in the beautiful mountains of Brevard, NC. We are a dedicated team of professionals with one goal in mind, to care for your loved one and exceed your family's expectations. The Oaks provides long and short term care, Inpatient Palliative and Hospice Services, Outpatient Dialysis and Outpatient Rehab Services and Memory Care.
