Southlake Village is licensed as a skilled nursing facility serving individuals in need of short-term rehabilitation for reasons such as joint replacements, cardiac surgeries, stroke and a variety of other medical needs. As a skilled nursing facility, Southlake Village also serves those needing long-term care and memory support care. Southlake Village is proud to serve its residents and patients with Registered Nurses 24 hours a day and world class therapy services.
Southlake Village is one of the 30 facilities owned or managed by the Vetter Health Services (VHS) group of Elkhorn, Nebraska. The care center’s administrator and staff develop plans to continuously improve their services and facility with support from the VHS network. Operating decisions are made locally to ensure that Southlake Village remains responsive to the needs of its residents and community.
