“Mr. V. had a wonderful visit with his family. His family informed that it puts their minds at ease that we are keeping him safe by taking all the precautions that we have been doing. They appreciate the staff and know that his well-being is very important to us. His family has had several outdoor visits and appreciate all that has been accomplished to make the arrangements. The family has looked into five other facilities prior to choosing Lofland Park Center. They expressed being “thankful everyday that he is at Lofland” and that “it is the best place for him to receive the best ”

Patient“Becky began working at Genesis Lofland Center as our Admissions Nurse and is now our evening Supervisor. Becky is well loved by her peers and the patients. She has been employed at Lofland Park Center for the past four years and understands the importance of our AOU and the processes in place. She knows the proper PPE (face shields, gowns, gloves, and googles) to be used and when testing is needed to be done prior to patients being moved off the unit. She has held video calls with patients and their loved ones to help them stay connected.”
Staff“Ms. P.K.has been a resident at Lofland Park Center since February 14, 2020. She enjoys participating in activities but loves time spent with her family.
