About Us:

We have been a part of the Bancroft community for decades and maintain our dedication to meet your healthcare needs. Our 46-bed skilled nursing care community operates under the philosophy of respecting all human life while providing the highest quality care available. We are a Medicare and Medicaid accessible community licensed in the state of Iowa. We provide short-term rehabilitation stays and long-term care facilities. Accura Healthcare of Bancroft is a single-story, updated building. Our community has all private rehabilitation rooms. Each room is furnished with a bed, chair and wardrobe. You are encouraged to bring your own television, radio, and any special personal items that are important to you. Cable television, secure WiFi and private phone lines are available.

Accura Healthcare of Le Mars contracts our in-patient Physical, Occupational and Speech therapies through Blue Stone Therapy.

Short-Term Rehabilitation:
Sometimes, after a surgery, accident, or sudden decline in health a short-term stay for rehabilitation in the best option to get loved ones back to normal life. Our community's highly rated staff provide residents with personalized rehabilitations plans and stay options for the best care to get you home.
Long-Term Care:
Often time, our elderly loved ones will reach a point where they need 24/7 medical attention and supervision to ensure a higher degree of quality of life. Our community provides a safe and caring environment for our residents with a diverse team of Dieticians, Nurses, Nurse Assistants, Medication Aides and Therapy Professionals. When we bring in a resident to our community, they become part of our family as we surround them with the care they need.
