Our short term rehabilitation program is designed to help accelerate recovery after a hospitalization and help you return home and to doing the things you love. Our short term rehabilitation wing features private suites with bath and shower, a private dining area and two therapy gyms.
Our long term care program is designed to provide a warm, comfortable home where you or a loved one can receive the care and assistance you need.
Our memory care program provides a secure environment for people needing specialized memory care. Our community offers a quiet atmosphere and a compassionate staff that is specially trained in memory care. This community is designed to help residents maintain their independence and increase their quality of life in a warm, homelike atmosphere.
