Grantsbrook Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is 5-star, 104 bed facility located in the rural eastern county of Pamlico in North Carolina. Our facility is specifically located in the town of Grantsboro, NC and is the only skilled nursing facility in the county. The vast amount of services that our facility provides allows us to be the main resource for patients and families in our community.
