Epsilon Health Solutions is a locally owned, Home Healthcare Agency providing Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. We are a Medicare certified provider and the only CHAP's accredited agency in the state of Wyoming. We are able to provide services under Medicare A/B and Medicaid Community Choice Waiver with a physician's order as well as working with all other private insurance companies.
Epsilon can provide Telehealth services utilizing enhanced connectivity through our remote patient management system, we are literally one touch away. We can provide patient centric coordinated care between your home healthcare team, primary care physician and/or specialists remotely enabling direct engagement with a virtual encounter.
We have private duty services available as well i.e.; Case Management, RN, PT/OT, and CNA services to assist with activities of daily living (ADL's).
