Autumn Care of Drexel is a 120- bed skilled Nursing and Rehab Facility. It is located in the beautiful foothills of Western Northern Carolina, nestled between Morganton and Hickory, in the small community of Drexel. Being part of a small community brings the quality of a friendly, caring staff paired with a comfortable home-like environment. The staff strives daily not only to provide the medical needs and care that our residents deserve but also to fill their lives with love and emotional support as well.
