“My mother is a patient of this facility and so far I have been very impressed by the care she is receiving. Like any daughter, I was skeptical about leaving my mother in the care of others and I questioned the staff numerous times of the quality of care that they giving her because she was always in so much pain— let’s just say we didn’t start off in the right foot. But, I cannot thank enough the care plan coordinator who took her time to speak to me over the phone and coordinated a plan of care for my mother. She was reassuring and she definitely eased my skepticism and made me feel part of the care team for my mother. I now come to the facility to visit my mother, she is comfortable and not in so much pain as she was before! Therapists are very experienced and worked well with my mother to get her into a better state than she was! The nurses have adjusted to my mother’s care routine and are doing a wonderful job.
